Terri Ross
Terri is a globally recognized practice management expert, thought leader, and high-performance sales coach with over 15 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. As the Founder and CEO of Terri Ross Consulting, she has been instrumental in scaling numerous aesthetic practices, driving significant revenue growth through strategic business development and sales training. 
Terri’s corporate experience includes leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies, where she directed national sales teams and implemented effective sales strategies. She also served as the managing partner of a Beverly Hills medical spa, successfully leading it to acquisition by Skin Spirit.
In addition to her consulting work, Terri is the Co-Founder of the 4S Summit, a quarterly event focused on mastering the business of aesthetics through strategy, systems, structure, and skills. She is also the host of the podcast “In Touch with Terri: Trade Secrets for Medical Aesthetics”, where she shares insights on practice management and industry trends.
Terri’s extensive experience and proven methodologies make her a valuable addition to XOD’s Advisory Board, supporting its mission to drive innovation and excellence in the aesthetic industry.

Izhak Musli
Izhak Musli is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and thought leader with over 15 years of leadership experience in SaaS, business analytics, and practice management.
With a deep understanding of data-driven strategies and operational excellence, Izhak has been instrumental in helping businesses scale and optimize performance. As the Founder & CEO of Get Kudos, a Survey, Loyalty & Referrals Management platform, he continues to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive sustainable growth.
His track record includes co-founding AtlasKPI and MedicalPRM, both of which were successfully acquired, as well as serving as Co-CEO of APX Platform, leading its strategic merger with Engage Technologies Group (now Clarity).

Brandon James Thompson
Brandon has over 25 years of sales and management experience.
He started selling copiers at 21 in order to gain the necessary cold calling skills to break into medical device.
He had since worked in orthopedics, dental, and for the last 17 years in an array of sales and management roles in aesthetics and dermatology. He was the rookie of the year at Syneron in 2009. He was rep of the year at Cutera in 2012.
He decided to help launch start up companies in 2012 and has held roles hiring sales teams, raising capital, and even built an entire dermatology division for a wound care company.
He then took a leap of faith with his entrepreneurial spirit and took a passion project of helping others in recruiting and launched his own firm, Careers in Aesthetics.
Simultaneously he started a distributorship for independent aesthetic sales professionals, BT Medical Innovations, and is a minority owner in a plasma pen company, Nuvissa.
Since branching off on his own he was an integral part of the RepeatMD launch and held a position as an advisor.
He's on the advisory board for the first at home early detection device and advocacy project called Luminous Global.
He most recently was asked to be on the advisory board and assist in launch of the 1st all natural GLP-1 non prescription alternative called THINNR as well the 1st AI based consultation software.
